Remember the Project 127 fundraiser from a couple months ago? Well, the time has come for our very own portrait contest! Between now and next Sunday, June 13 everyone gets to vote for their favorite image! The winner will receive a Fine Art print from their session (image of their choice). To vote, simply leave a comment with the number of the image you want to win. Each person may only vote once (Studio614 reserves the right to remove duplicate votes). At the end of the voting period we will tally the votes and announce the winner right here on the blog.

Schraeder-Hansen sneak peaks...

Matt & Elizabeth spent the evening before their wedding day with all their favorite people at an Astro's game and they were kind enough to let us tag along, too!

Well, Aaron & Becca are finally hitched and we had the pleasure of documenting the day. It was a beautiful wedding, but even more importantly it was just so... THEM. To sum it up, I took a sneak peak at the reception hall before the wedding and immediately exclaimed, "It's just SO Becca!" I'm all for sneak peaks, so here's yours...

Sometimes a thousand words just aren't enough...

I am about to introduce you to a family that holds a special place in my heart. These aren't life-long friends or family members. I don't even know their middle names or favorite desserts, but I do know the story of how God has filled their lives with love so overflowing that they opened their hearts to a precious little boy from around the world. It has been an absolute treasure to watch, even from a distance, as this family has been knit together and to have the opportunity to get them in front of my camera was priceless.

Spring Fever

Spring is almost here! Around this time of year I always get a little crazy anticipating the warmer weather and sunshine. I start dreaming about flip-flops and flowing dresses, green grass and daisies, beautiful blue skies and sunshine that will provide a wonderful backdrop for all the upcoming weddings! I just can't wait!
